Dispatcher

San Francisco, CA
Our client, a service company in San Francisco, is searching for a dispatcher. Excellent communication skills, combined with a clear phone voice is necessary for this position. Prior dispatching experience for a service company is a PLUS. This position requires a high degree of organization, computer skills, attention to detail, customer service, a team player, having the energy to work in a fast-paced team environment, and able to embrace change. 

Schedule: 100% in office, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM

- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English (answering phones, email, and heavy data input.)
-Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility guidelines.
-Receive service requests from customers and coworkers. Enter information into the computer.
-Order necessary equipment for jobs
-Debrief Techs at the end of day to ensure paperwork, pictures, and/or videos were completed and submitted.
-Provide administrative, informational, and customer service support to external customers, service technicians, and sales team
