Administrative Assistant

Our client, a well-established non-profit medical trade association management organization, is seeking an administrative assistant with experience in association management to support their office. 
Pay: $27- 35/hr

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide support for tasks relating to association management projects
  • Execute general administrative tasks (shared folders, calendars, proofreading, organization, material preparation)
  • Prepare and distribute records, reports, and communications, i.e., newsletters, email blasts, website updates, drafts, memos, responses to inquiries, minutes, etc. 
  • Track tasks and projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support database work & financial documentation if requested
  • Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, mails, and emails from customers and clients and direct them to relevant staff
  • Monitor and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Google Suite
  • MLS Systems
  • QuickBooks
  • Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, etc)
Necessary Skills/Attributes: 
  • Association management experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Detail oriented & highly organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Team player who treats all clients and team members with respect 
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
