Our client, a well-established non-profit medical trade association management organization, is seeking an administrative assistant with experience in association management to support their office.
Pay: $27- 35/hr
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide support for tasks relating to association management projects
- Execute general administrative tasks (shared folders, calendars, proofreading, organization, material preparation)
- Prepare and distribute records, reports, and communications, i.e., newsletters, email blasts, website updates, drafts, memos, responses to inquiries, minutes, etc.
- Track tasks and projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support database work & financial documentation if requested
- Greet visitors, answer telephone calls, mails, and emails from customers and clients and direct them to relevant staff
- Monitor and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Google Suite
- MLS Systems
- QuickBooks
- Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, etc)

- Association management experience
