The Administrative Assistant will support our Founder/CEO at the company’s main office. Our ideal candidate is excited to do a variety of tasks and has excellent attention to detail!
Scan documents & organize and maintain our digital filing system.
Assist CEO with various tasks, such as email, file organization, and other special projects.
Data entry, as needed.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite is preferred.
Bonus skill: social media content development/editing to assist marketing team with posts.
Answer customer service phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Training will be provided.

Strong Organizational Skills
2-3 years admin experience
G-Suite native(Google Spreadsheet, GDrive, etc.)
Good writing skills
Knowledge or interest to learn about progressive health, nutrition, and lifestyle
Strong concern for the environment, sustainability, and making the world a better place
