Admin Assistant

Injured executive needs assistance for the next six weeks while she convalesces.  There are also some filing projects that can be done.  If someone has a knack for doing social media posts that would be a bonus, nice but not necessary.

Position Summary:


The Administrative Assistant will support our Founder/CEO at the company’s main office. Our ideal candidate is excited to do a variety of tasks and has excellent attention to detail!


  • Administrative Duties

    • Scan documents & organize and maintain our digital filing system.

    • Assist CEO with various tasks, such as email, file organization, and other special projects.

    • Data entry, as needed.    

    • Strong knowledge of Google Suite is preferred.

    • Bonus skill: social media content development/editing to assist marketing team with posts.

  • Customer Service

    • Answer customer service phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Training will be provided.

    • Maintain customer service log 


Required Qualifications:

  • EXCELLENT attention to detail

  • Strong Organizational Skills

  • 2-3 years admin experience

  • Excellent communication 

  • G-Suite native(Google Spreadsheet, GDrive, etc.) 

  • Good writing skills

  • Can-do attitude


Preferred Qualification:

  • Knowledge or interest to learn about progressive health, nutrition, and lifestyle

  • Strong concern for the environment, sustainability, and making the world a better place
